The Role

This is a hands-on marketing role for someone who understands how to engage different audiences and turn marketing activity into meaningful commercial results.

Working closely with the wider business and leadership team, you'll help shape and deliver campaigns, content, CRM activity and market insight across the fashion, retail and wider consumer sectors.

It's a broad role with plenty of ownership, combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the quarterly marketing plan, from strategy through to execution.
• Proactively bring new ideas, recommendations and initiatives that support business growth and wider commercial objectives.
• Track performance, understand what works and use data and insight to shape future activity.
• Maintain a consistent, relevant and distinctive approach across marketing channels and touchpoints.
• Create and manage targeted CRM communications, audience campaigns and automated marketing journeys.
• Use audience segmentation to ensure relevant content reaches the right people at the right time.
• Monitor engagement, analyse campaign performance and continually optimise activity.
• Identify opportunities to improve database quality, segmentation, CRM activity and marketing automation.
• Create and oversee content across social media, digital creative, blogs, thought leadership, email, events and website channels.
• Keep website content and landing pages current, relevant and engaging.
• Use AI tools confidently to improve the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of marketing activity.

About You

• Experience within fashion, retail, beauty, luxury, consumer or another brand-led environment.
• Experience working across brand, content, CRM and digital marketing.
• A strong understanding of audience segmentation and customer or client journeys.
• Experience planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong understanding of tone of voice and consistent messaging.
• Experience creating thought leadership, reports, email campaigns, social content and other marketing materials.
• A good understanding of SEO, website performance and digital marketing.
• Comfortable working both strategically and hands-on, with the ability to take ownership and move ideas through to delivery.
