Location: Warrington (Easy access from the M62)
Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE
OTE Year 1: £40,000+
OTE Year 2: £50,000+

The Role

As a Business Development Executive (Tech Sales), you'll generate new business opportunities by engaging with HR leaders and business decision-makers across the UK.

You'll:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• Generate opportunities through phone, email and LinkedIn
• Qualify leads and book product demonstrations
• Build relationships with decision-makers
• Maintain CRM records and achieve activity targets

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales, telesales, customer service or lead generation experience, or a desire to build a career in tech sales
• Strong communication skills
• Positive, resilient and self-motivated
• Ambitious and driven by success
• Eager to learn and develop
