Contracts Manager - Civil Engineering and Residential Groundworks 

Stoke to Blackpool regions / Circa £80,000 - £100,000 PAYE + package

The UK’s best respected Civil Engineering and Residential Groundworks business needs an additional Contracts Manager to oversee projects ranging from £1m - £40m in value across the North West.

The Company enjoys working with blue chip developers for clients and has seen steady growth which is continuing.  They have a lot of financial stability from an already mature client base with work available in core civil engineering and residential groundworks markets across the UK.

Covering civil engineering and residential groundworks across project work including: 

• Earthworks, stabilisation, remediation, piling
• Housing plots / foundations
• Tanks, ponds, etc
• Roads and Sewers
• 278 works
• Adoptable works
• Hard and soft landscaping

Contracts Manager Requirements:

• A strong understanding and experience of residential groundworks packages and associated civil engineering
• SMSTS & CSCS cards

Contracts Manager Rewards:

• Salary : Circa £80,000 - £100,000
