35 Hours per Week - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Are you highly organised, detail-focused and passionate about delivering excellent customer service?

We are looking for a Customer Service & Order Processor to join a friendly and supportive team based in Altrincham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of customer orders from initial sale through to delivery and invoicing, ensuring every detail is managed accurately and efficiently.

Working as part of a busy customer service team, you'll manage multiple customer orders simultaneously, ensuring a smooth journey from order placement through to completion. You'll liaise with customers, sales, warehouse, procurement and finance teams, keeping everyone informed and ensuring exceptional service throughout.

Key responsibilities include:

• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Monitoring order progress and keeping customers updated.
• Coordinating with warehouse and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Raising invoices and credit notes.
• Managing customer enquiries via email and telephone.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues across the business.
• Resolving queries and issues quickly and professionally.

We're keen to speak with candidates who have:

• Previous experience in order processing and customer services.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Experience managing multiple orders.
• Confidence communicating with customers by email and phone.
• A proactive approach and the ability to take ownership of tasks.
• Strong relationship-building skills and experience working across departments.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and ideally an ERP system such as SAP.
