Sunday to Thursday: 1pm to 9pm

Jelly Technical is recruiting on behalf of a leading food manufacturer for a Despatch Team Leader to join an innovative team, within a people centric business and offering market leading employee benefits.

This is an opportunity for a Despatch Team Leader already established in a supervisory position to join a thriving team.

As Despatch Manager your key responsibilities include:

• Managing the despatch function on an afternoon shift to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
• Remain part of the 'hands on' function within the despatch team.
• Leading health & safety best practices and promoting a safe working culture.
• Effective communication to the team on order levels and work allocation to ensure deadlines are met.

What You'll Bring:

• Experienced as Despatch/ Logistics Supervisor.
• Manufacturing experience is essential, with Food / FMCG experience advantageous.
• Good decision-making skills and the ability to react to change.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
