Are you a confident communicator with a passion for sales and delivering excellent customer service?
We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Internal Sales Estimator to join a growing, market-leading engineering business.

The Role
You'll play an important part in the sales process, managing customer enquiries and taking each opportunity from initial contact through to order.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to incoming customer enquiries via telephone and email.
• Promoting products and identifying opportunities to generate sales.
• Building strong customer relationships and understanding their requirements.
• Producing accurate and detailed quotations.
• Managing and following up quotations to secure orders.
• Supporting customers throughout the entire sales journey, ensuring a smooth delivery process.

What We're Looking For

• Previous internal sales experience would be beneficial.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Someone who enjoys working towards targets, both individually and as part of a team.
• A positive, competitive attitude with a genuine desire to succeed.
