Are you a qualified Level 2 Teaching Assistant looking for your next role within a primary school?

This Level 2 Teaching Assistant position would suit someone who enjoys being actively involved in classroom learning and wants to make a positive difference to pupils throughout the school day. You will work alongside teachers to support learning, encourage independence and provide additional help where pupils need it most.

As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant in Warrington, you will:

• Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
• Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning
• Assist teachers with classroom activities and resources
• Encourage positive behaviour and independent learning
• Provide useful feedback to teachers about pupil progress
• Support children with different abilities and learning needs

The ideal Level 2 Teaching Assistant will have:

• A recognised Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Previous experience working with children
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A patient, positive and proactive approach
• A genuine interest in supporting children's education
