OTE Year 1: £40,000+
OTE Year 2: £50,000+

The Role

As an Outbound Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our growth, creating opportunities with HR leaders and business decision-makers across the UK.

You will use a combination of phone, email and LinkedIn outreach to engage prospective customers, understand their challenges and introduce them to our market-leading HR technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify potential customers
• Make outbound calls to senior decision-makers
• Generate opportunities through phone, email and LinkedIn
• Qualify leads and schedule software demonstrations
• Build relationships with HR and business leaders
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Achieve and exceed activity and opportunity targets
• Work closely with our Account Executives to convert opportunities into new business
