Paid Marketing Executive

Altrincham | Office-based £40,000-£45,000

Zachary Daniels are excited to be partnering with a fast-growing premium retail brand to recruit a Paid Marketing Executive as the business continues to expand its digital presence across both the UK and US.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on paid media specialist who wants genuine ownership. You'll take responsibility for planning, delivering and optimising paid activity across Google and Meta, managing meaningful budgets and playing a key role in driving profitable eCommerce growth.

You'll be in the platforms, making decisions, testing campaigns and using performance data to continually improve results.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Owning paid media activity across Google Ads and Meta in the UK and US
• Managing budgets, spend pacing and reallocating investment based on performance
• Building and optimising Search, Shopping, Performance Max, remarketing and paid social campaigns
• Managing Google Merchant Centre, product feeds and campaign segmentation
• Running structured testing across creative, audiences, messaging and campaign structure
• Analysing ROAS, CPA, conversion, revenue and customer acquisition performance
• Working closely with eCommerce, Buying, Product and Finance teams
• Turning performance data into clear commercial recommendations

We're looking for someone with proven hands-on paid search and paid social experience, ideally gained within eCommerce, retail or a commercially focused team environment.

You'll be confident across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics and Google Merchant Centre, with a strong understanding of metrics including ROAS, CPA, AOV and conversion.

Experience with Shopify, product feeds, Google Tag Manager or international campaigns would be a real advantage.

Most importantly, you'll be analytical, commercially minded and comfortable taking ownership of a channel where your decisions have a direct impact on business performance.
