My client is one of the fastest growing e-commerce businesses who are looking to recruit a PA to provide 1-2-1 support to the CEO. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a newly created role with the lots of progression opportunities and the ability to make the role your own.

The ideal candidate must have previous PA experience or be familiar providing administrative support to senior stakeholders.

As a Personal Assistant your duties will include:

• Provide administrative support to the CEO
• Diary and email management
• Arrange travel and book accommodation
• Assist with ad hoc projects and events
• Build effective relationships with key stakeholders

As a Personal Assistant you will have the following skills:

• Previous experience as a PA is essential
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Highly organised
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient on Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills
