Production Operative 

Location: Appleton Thorn- WA16
Pay Rate: £14.11 per hour
Hours: 39 hours per week

Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
• Friday: 7:00am – 12:00pm
• Early finish every Friday!

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing team based in Appleton Thorn. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business where full training will be provided on manufacturing machinery and production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring manufacturing machinery following training
• Assisting with production and assembly processes
• Carrying out quality checks on finished products
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Supporting the wider production team as required
• Reporting any machine faults or production issues to supervisors

Requirements

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or machine operation is advantageous but not essential
• Candidates with no direct experience will be considered if they have a genuine interest in manufacturing and are eager to learn
• Good attention to detail and a positive work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and work to production targets
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Due to the location of the site, candidates must have their own transport and be able to drive
