Job Description:

2 x Project Managers, Groundworks focused, needed on new housing sites in  the Warrington & Liverpool areas.  12months+ work, moving onto further sites once completed

Must have relevant on-site Housing Project Management / Housing Site Management experience ideally working on Housing Projects with knowledge of all aspects of groundworks.  Must be Management qualified, SMSTS / SSSTS or equivalent

Ideal applicants will be Project Managers with Civils & Groundworks knowledge:
• Ideally having 3+ years project management experience dealing with all aspects of housing.  A focus on groundworks, foundations, drainage, finishing, 278 works, civil engineering etc would be advantageous
• IT literate (Microsoft Office)
• Full UK driving license
• Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

£300 to £375 p/d
