Receptionist

Location: Warrington, WA4 1HT
Salary: £29,094.12 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Contract Type: Permanent
Security Clearance: BPSS Clearance required

Our client, a leading provider of facilities services in the UK, are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to provide an exceptional front-of-house experience and act as the first point of contact for visitors, colleagues and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a professional and welcoming reception service for visitors, colleagues and contractors.
• Manage visitor sign-in procedures, access passes and reception security processes.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and support meeting room management activities.
• Monitor facilities mailboxes and respond to service requests and enquiries.
• Conduct site inductions for new starters, visitors and contractors, including health and safety requirements.
• Log, coordinate and track reactive maintenance requests and planned preventative maintenance visits.
• Support audits, compliance activities and health, safety, quality and environmental procedures.
• Provide administrative support and assist with facilities-related projects and workplace services.
