Are you a commercially driven sales leader with experience managing international distributors in a technical engineering environment? This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established global manufacturer supplying critical engineered products into the oil & gas, energy and industrial sectors.

We're looking for someone who can strengthen existing distributor partnerships, identify new opportunities across global markets, and help shape the company's continued international growth.

This is a high-impact role with responsibility for developing and expanding a global distribution network across multiple international territories. Working closely with sales, marketing and technical teams, you'll play a key role in driving revenue growth and supporting long-term business strategy.

• Develop and grow relationships with distributors across international markets.

  
  
  

• Identify and onboard new distribution partners in key territories.

  
  
  

• Deliver product training and commercial support to overseas partners.

  
  
  

• Work alongside the marketing team to create campaigns that drive sales growth.

  
  
  

• Win new business and develop existing customer accounts.

  
  
  

• Provide market insight and customer feedback to influence future product development.

  
  
  

• Negotiate commercial agreements and maximise profitability across distributor accounts.

  
  
  

• Manage and optimise CRM activity to support sales performance and reporting.

  
  
  

• Proven experience managing and developing international distributor networks.

  
  
  

• A strong background in technical sales within engineering, manufacturing, oil & gas, valves, flow control or a similar industrial sector.

  
  
  

• Commercially astute, with experience negotiating contracts and improving margins.

  
  
  

• Confident delivering product training and presentations to customers and partners.

  
  
  

• Experience using and developing CRM systems.

  
  
  

• A proactive, relationship-focused approach with the ability to travel internationally when required.
