Day shift: Monday – Thursday 07:30 – 16:00 | Friday 07:30 – 12:30

The Role
Based at a bespoke engineering facility in Atherton, you’ll be responsible for the manufacture and assembly of Jigs & Fixtures for the Aerospace and Nuclear industries.

Main Duties

• Manufacture and assembly of jigs and fixtures
• Working from engineering drawings and setup instructions
• Inspecting and measuring work using micrometers, calipers and other precision instruments
• Maintaining cleanliness, organisation and safety within the toolroom
• Occasional offsite work, both in the UK and overseas

What We’re Looking For

• You must have the legal right to work in the UK
• Familiar with toolroom machinery with a good understanding of engineering drawings
• Competent with manual and digital measuring instruments
• Assembly/fitting skills with good attention to detail (desirable)
• Aerospace experience beneficial but not essential
• All roles require pre-employment security screening checks, including referencing
