• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates

• Lead B2B sales conversations to generate new business opportunities

• Understand client needs and design tailored recruitment solutions

• Manage your own desk and work toward targets

• Learn all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle from market mapping to offer negotiation
