CNC Press Brake Operative

Location: M17, Trafford Park, Manchester
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
Overtime: £22.50 per hour
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm
Occasional Saturdays

We are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Press Brake Operative to join a busy manufacturing environment in Trafford Park, producing roofing systems, roof frameworks, structural components and guttering.

The Role

As a CNC Press Brake Operative, you will be responsible for operating CNC press brake machinery to manufacture high-quality components to specification. You will work from technical drawings and ensure all products meet the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating CNC press brake machinery

• Setting and adjusting machinery as required

• Reading and working from technical drawings

• Producing roofing and structural components

• Checking finished products for quality and accuracy

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

• Working to production targets and deadlines

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' CNC Press Brake experience

• Previous experience within a manufacturing or metalwork environment

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings

• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Reliable and punctual

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Working Hours & Pay

• Monday to Friday: 7:00am–3:00pm

• Occasional Saturday work

• £15.00 per hour

• £22.50 per hour overtime

• Temp to Perm opportunity for the right candidate
