Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for an experienced School Administrator to join a welcoming school in Huyton.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working within a school or education setting and will be confident supporting the day-to-day administration of a busy school office.

• Providing general administrative support to the school office
• Managing school records and maintaining accurate information
• Dealing professionally with parents, pupils and staff
• Answering telephone calls and responding to enquiries
• Supporting attendance and pupil administration
• Assisting with general office duties as required
• Using school management and administrative systems

• Previous school administration experience is essential
• Experience using Arbor, SIMS or a relevant school management system
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy school environment
• Professional, friendly and approachable manner
• Strong attention to detail
• Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
